Clear My Plate operates ClearMyPlate (clearmyplate.app), an AI-powered meal planning service based in New Zealand.
We collect the following information when you use ClearMyPlate:
Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
Household information: Number of adults and children in your household, weekly budget, dietary preferences, food allergies, and meal planning goals. This information is used solely to generate your personalised meal plans.
Usage data: How you interact with the service, including meal plans generated, recipes saved, and grocery lists viewed.
Payment information: Payment is processed securely by Stripe. ClearMyPlate does not store your full card details.

Your household preferences are sent to Anthropic’s AI API to generate meal plans. This data is used only for generating your meal plan and is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you sign up or make a purchase, your name, email, and plan type are shared with our CRM system (Amplify HQ) to manage customer communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in data centres that comply with industry security standards. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
